Senarath Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is actively engaged in the “Rehabilitation, Improvement, and Maintenance of 12.20 km of Rural Roads” in the Dankotuwa and Madampe Divisional Secretariat Divisions of the Puttalam District, located in the North Western Province of Sri Lanka. This project, commissioned by the Road Development Authority (RDA), commenced on 20th November 2023 and is scheduled for completion on 20th November 2025, over a duration of 20 months.

The primary objective of this ongoing project is to enhance the reliability, safety, and year-round usability of rural road infrastructure that plays a vital role in connecting farming communities, small towns, and essential services in the region.

Key Project Components:

  • Total Road Length: 12.20 km
  • Work Scope Includes:
    • Full pavement rehabilitation and strengthening
    • Construction and upgrading of drainage systems
    • Road safety enhancements including signage and pedestrian zones
    • Maintenance provisions for long-term sustainability
